Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any item(s) bought from Southfork

Returned goods must be unused and with their original packaging 

There is no re-stocking in fee for returned items

Before returning an item please contact us first either by phone or by email

We cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised for an individual

 

To return an Item

To return an item please either contact us by phone - 01271 817247, or by email - sales@southforkracing.co.uk explaining to us the item in question and reason for returning it.

 

Item faulty on delivery

If an item delivered is found to be faulty before use please contact us stating what the fault is and we will either have a replacement sent out or issue a refund

 

Item faulty after use

If an item fails once it has been used and is within it's warranty period please contact us either by phone or by email giving details on the item and the fault. All warranties are dealt with the products suppliers, in some cases the item will need to be sent to them for inspection and possible repair.

 

Personalised items

We are unable to accept returns for personalised items unless the item is eligible for the maunfacturers warranty, in which case it shall be returned to our suppliers for inspection and possible repair.
